Meet The Team Behind UEI
A company is only as good as the team that manages, plans, and provides direction for the daily operation. Universal Energy Inc has one of the finest teams ever assembled to handle any size project our customers may require.
Our team has had experience in all sectors of the energy sector working with commercial, residential, industrial as well as large-scale decentralized power solutions.
Mr. Thomas is a financial professional with over 20 years experience in lending, investing, and sales. He is the Inventor of the Dynamiq™ Wind Turbine, and has established and run different companies, Total Financial Health, LLC, Divendo, LLC, and Ventana Tek, LLC, to over $60 million in yearly sales. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University, and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
Mr. Danson has over 35 years in financial and capital markets leadership, C level management (CEO & CFO) and public company experience at both management and Board level roles. He is CEO and President of Danson Partners LLC, which he founded in 1999 as a financial and business advisory firm. Previously, Mr. Danson held partnership and leadership positions at PWC and EY. Mr. Danson is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of numerous professional societies. He graduated with honors from Baruch College of the CUNY and was an MBA candidate in Taxation.
Mr. Pomerantz has provided corporate planning and corporate development services to numerous public and private company clients. He was Vice President of Infocall Communications Corp., a publicly traded company. Mr. Pomerantz has been issued several Patents, in variety of industries. He graduated with a BS degree in Finance and Economics, as well as an MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics and Taxation from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Phillip Gilliam served as our interim President and CEO from inception until May 2021. Mr. Gilliam was the CEO and founder of Pennington, Paul and Gilliam Inc, an engineering firm for the last 30 years. Prior thereto, he was the founder and CEO of Interphase Inc. manufacturer of some of the most advanced robots in the world. He has developed robotic systems, automation systems, software platforms, and Apps as well as marketing and financial solutions for companies like General Motors, Ford, Home Depot, Alcoa, Union Pacific, and many others. He received a CmfgE from SME in 1989.
